Mynde is a Certified Fearless Living Coach and owner of Cognizance Life Coaching (http://www.FreeFromFear.net), a private coaching practice located in Orange County, CA that supports people to do and be more through the mastery of fear. She is also a practicing western astrologer and owner of CStars4U.com. Mynde embraces many different types of personal growth modalities and uses them regularly in her life and coaching practice such as Core Dynamics, Ho’oponopono, The Law of Attraction, A Course In Miracles and many others.

Mynde recently created and hosts a weekly internet radio show called A Cognizant Life (http://www.BlogTalkRadio.com/MyndeMayfield). The show discusses topics that support people to live a “full-out” life and features special guests focusing on personal growth, health & wellness, spiritual practices and book author interviews.

Before dedicating herself to personal growth through coaching, Mynde was employed in the corporate sector for nearly 20 years. Her experience has an emphasis on graphic design which eventually led to web design, development, usability (the study of human interaction with the web) and marketing.
